For those of you who don't have kids, you can sit back and laugh at everyone else.
Katie spent the night at my Mom & Dad's this weekend. Mom and Dad were taking her upstairs to bed and Katie turned to them and said "I'll have you know your daughter sleeps naked."

oh, mary, this is precious!! by the way...tiff tried to embarrass me once when she was 3, & laid down on the floor at the mall kicking & screaming...so i did it right then, too! haha...she never tried that again...
Your mom told me this story this morning. I got a good chuckle out of it. We both laughed with the idea of Katie going to school and saying to her teacher..."you know my mom sleeps with no clothes on". She is one smart cookie. You know your in trouble when your child is telling on you to your parents. Sorry I don't have anything at the moment that can top that.
ROTFLMAO! I LOVE THIS KID! You realize, the older she gets, the worse its going to get. I'd start watching what you do now!!! LOL
BTW - Thanks for the note to check out the blog. I needed that laugh!
When my son was 4 (he's now 12) he wanted a baby sibling, and I told him that it wasn't going to happen because I didn't have a nice man in my life. We were at the checkout counter at the grocer and the cashier asked him how he was, to which my son replied "I'm fine, but my mom needs to find a nice man so she can get me a baby brother or sister"
The cashier didn't even look my way. I'm sure she knew I would be purple with embarassment and didn't want to make it any worse
Finally! Someone with a good story! Thank you Kate!
