My planned move to Hawaii when Katie becomes a teenager may be coming earlier than anticipated. I have changed the requirement from becoming a teenager to just acting like a teenager. I'm buying my tickets tomorrow. I'm sure I'll be able to post from there, right?
It's apparently time for the 6 month attitude adjustment. Although I think it may be less than 6 months from the last one. Does anyone else go through this or is it just me?

Mary, I think it's a universal thing...all 4 yr olds do it, & i think they have a secret code so they can all do it at the exact same time!! after all, santa has already been here, so...he's not a threat anymore...
BTW, Mary...my 22 year old does this shit!! the only thing that works is a dose of "aren't you too OLD to act like this?" You'll be surprised how well that does!
Gee are you still trying to run away??
Libbys right, you can't play that Santa card anymore. I should consider some place warm and tropical when the attitude bug raises its ugly little head. When it does...one two many times, I threaten to pull the plug on any and all things fun. That ususally does it....for a little while.
This actually started Christmas Eve morning, so the Santa thing wasn't working anyway. I do think that I will be pulling toys soon though.
When she's a rich and famous actress buying you your mansion in Hawaii you will look back and remember these moments fondly. :)
